2020 was a trainwreck.
Hopefully 2021 won't be.
It probably will though.
I'm not one of those people who think things will be magically better in 2021, but I certainly hope this year will at least be decent.
Maybe I can pull myself together and be more active around here too.

Happy New Year And Happy New Decade

Or at least it's New Years over here. Timezones are sooo wacky!
I don't really have a lot to say about this year or this decade to be honest, because it was kinda crap.
It had some good moments (mostly during the early 2010s), but also some really awful moments like family deaths, health scares with my family and pets and other family problems, losing friends, my technology breaking (and losing my phone) and hell, this whole hiatus of this page which has been going on since 2017 (which I'll see if I can come back from this year).
But enough about the bad, let's look forward to a HOPEFULLY better decade! ...Or at least a better year than this one? Please?

Will Be Away For A Few Days

Exactly what it says on the tin. Starting tomorrow I will be away for a few days (Most likely either until this Sunday or Monday) to visit my grandparents.
I know my page is kinda dead, but I felt like I should give a heads-up anyways.
That is all.
Edit: Oh oops, I forgot to announce that I'm back. Guess that shows how dead my page is, huh? XD

2 10 OC Facts For The Price Of 1 Journal

Probably a good thing, as I can now replace that depressing previous journal.
Anyway, I got tagged by these two: 
one for Ikiza and one for Hanamaru. So, here goes:

Ikiza:
1. She wasn't always grumpy. She used to be pretty happy-go-lucky, in fact. But ever since Kira arrived her personality turned more grumpy, annoyed and basically just done with everything.
2. She also drinks alcohol like Hanamaru, Kira and possibly some other OCs, but only ever since her personality-change.
3. She considers Hiragi her best friend.
4. She never takes off her goggles, except for things like sleeping, showering etc.
5. The reason why she (and Hiragi) isn't that strong, is because Hanamaru was still young and not capable of controlling her powers very well, when she created her (and Hiragi). More on that later.*
6. The "Ikiza never wins" thing spawned from a line Hiragi said in one of my pics (I can't seem to find it right now, but it's out there)
7. It's possible that she (and Hiragi) used to be quite useful to Hanamru at the start, because she managed to get to safety thanks to them.
8. I once thought about giving her a power of some sort, like maybe something similar to a Ki attack or something, but I decided it would make more sense to come up with some sort of powerup for Kira first.
9. Hobbies include hanging out at bars, watching movies and reading comics.
10. Favorite genre of music: Metal Favorite genre of video games: Horror
Hanamaru:
1. Hanamaru used to have a more villainous and sinister role wanting nothing more than ruling the world. I ended up changing her character quite a bit, giving her a tragic backstory of wanting revenge for the death of her mother.
2. Adding to that she used to have quite a lot of hate towards humans. She still does somewhat, but not as much anymore,focusing her hate on the people who killed her mom. She now tolerates any human friends her minions and friends make, even having human friends of her own (like Kuroda, the witch).
3. Her left eye (the golden one) represents the powers she currently possesses, while the silver one represents the powers she could still achieve. Her parents and her sister for example all had both golden eyes.
4. Speaking of her sister, Shishigo, Hanamaru doesn't know of her existence, because she grew up around her father, while Hanamaru stayed with her mother.
5. Also, she hates her father for never being there and partially blaming her for what happened to her mother, due to not being there to stop it.
6. *She managed to unlock the power of summoning, and with that summoning Ikiza and Hiragi, out of desperation,
due to being chased by the people responsible for her mother's death. Thanks to them and her unlocked (but at the time weak) teleportation, she fled to safety. She was still a kid when she accomplished this.
7. She's been friends with Yoshikuni and Yoshi's sister (my vampire OCs) since childhood, but befriended Kuroda when they were both already adults.
8. She created Kira during a confrontation with the group she swore vengeance on. They ended up having to flee, but thanks to Kira making a successful distraction, they managed to do so.

10. She secretly likes animals (She always wanted to have a dog).

Great-Grandma's In Hospital

I was just told that my great-grandma is in hospital. I don't know any details yet, but I'm already imagining the worst.
So, if I'm quiet around here for a while, that's why.
Oh, who am I kidding? My account has been quiet for years, besides the occasional comment.
But... yeah. Not sure what else to say, or even think at this point, so I'll end the journal here.
Update: I just got the news today, that my great-grandma passed away. Well, I did say I already imagined the worst (and she did have a long life), but hearing those words was obviously still painful, to me.
Yeah, I'll definitely need a bit of time to come to terms with that. But thank you everybody for the nice comments. I really appreciate it.
